Christian Castano’s summer internship in New York City with the CBS executive sales team threw him into the competitive game of television syndication sales. He knew he needed to go into every situation confident and informed, and research was key. Using role play, his supervisors helped him practice for sales meetings with network executives—and he also got to see the pros in action. When his own research was used in the boardroom to make the sale in high-level deals, he felt he was really making a difference. Now that he’s gotten a sense of how he can apply his skills, he is excited for what lies ahead for him at the Harrington School.
