Living, studying, and working near the ocean is transformative. Science tells us it makes us happier, healthier, more connected, and better at what we do – it inspires creativity and innovation. Yet the ocean’s positive influence on people is rarely communicated, understood or maximized. If it was, its full potential could be unlocked.
This course is an opportunity for URI students to collaborate as creative teams to produce multimedia stories about the ocean. Admission by application. Junior or Senior standing. All majors are welcome.
