Timothy Wojcik


Tim Wojcik is a media artist and filmmaker whose work attempts to capture the beauty in the bits of everything. He creates experiences that engage via sound, film, video, and interactivity. 

Recent exhibitions include the Visible | Invisible touring program in Paris, Grenoble, Barcelona, and Buenos Aires, Revolutions Per Minute Festival in Boston, a collaborative performance with VISION LAB in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and on otic. Radio in Cologne, Germany. His interactive installation, On the Concord and Merrimack, was recently honored by the University Film and Video Association as the New Media Runner-Up at their 2019 conference. 

Previously, he served as a member of the faculty at Fitchburg State University and at Emerson College.  


Timothy received his MFA in Film and Media Art from Emerson College and completed a BA in English from Duke University. Additionally, he has received training in public art at The Academy of Media Arts (KHM) in Cologne and studied non-fiction film at ​the Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague​ (FAMU​) in Prague.
