Lisa Giudici

Biography

Lisa graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Spanish. In 2015, She proudly received her Masters Degree in College Student Personnel from URI. In 2021, she completed her doctorate in Educational Leadership, graduating from Johnson & Wales University. Throughout her career, she has worked with advising, orientation, and first year experience programs. She has served in advising roles in University College for Academic Success at URI, Athletic Advising at URI, the Office of Student Life at Rhode Island College advising students in the Bridges and Preparatory Enrollment Programs, and in the Dean’s Office at Providence College advising the Sophomore Class. At the University of Rhode Island she teaches COM 202, UCS 160, UCS 270, and URI 101. At Providence College, she teaches courses centered around Academic Advising and Social Justice in the Masters for Higher Education Graduate Program. Through these experiences, she has developed a passion for advising where she values providing her students with her best advice, knowledge, reliability, and an open doorway.
