Elizabeth Aube-VanPatten

Biography

Elizabeth Aube-VanPatten has more than 15 years of sports management experience working in both the professional sports and non-profit sectors. The focus of her academic research is intercollegiate athletics and administration.

VanPatten has authored several articles and has been a contributing author for a number of textbooks in the world of Sports and Event Management. She spends her free time outside of the classroom with her family and is active within the community enriching the lives of girls in youth sports.

VanPatten earned her Ph.D. in Education from Northcentral University, a Master of Science in Resort, Sport, and Tourism from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from St. John’s University where she was an All-Big East and Academic All-American selection on the Women’s Track & Field Team.
