Setting the Global Standard:  IC³ Digital Literacy Certification

Nicholas Haber will be speaking about digital literacy as a workforce and college readiness competency as well as the development and success of the IC³ Digital Literacy Certification.


He is the Managing Director of IC³, the Digital Literacy Certification from Certiport, A Pearson VUE Company.  His career has been based substantially in the setting of standards and measuring abilities of digital literacy skills. Nicholas was one of the founders of SkillCheck, Inc., an online skill assessment company that started by measuring people’s abilities with Microsoft Office and grew to create a library of over 800 knowledge, skill and ability tests in a dozen languages.  SkillCheck’s reach included developing the standard screening tools for organizations such as Manpower International, Kelly Services, the United Nations Food & Agriculture Organization, the Federal Government of Belgium and the International Monetary Fund.
