Multimedia Computer Lab

All of the Journalism Department’s news reporting and editing classes, including broadcast and multi-media courses, are taught in a computer lab devoted to the Journalism program.

Located on the first floor of Rodman Hall, students have access to the latest computers, word processing software and editing software including Final Cut Pro, Imovie, Soundslides and a variety of other programs. Students in broadcast and multi-media classes also utilize the adjacent TV studio provided by the University’s office of Instructional Technology and have access to state-of-the-art still cameras, video cameras and audio recorders. Utilizing this equipment and these facilities allows students the opportunity to produce professional work of the highest quality.
